The Lead Generation Specialist plays a key role in driving VAKT's growth by identifying new sales opportunities and contributing to both short-term wins and long-term strategic goals. This position is responsible for generating high-quality leads, supporting revenue expansion, and helping identify areas for market growth.

· Support the Sales team in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads;
· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead generation activities align with overall business objectives;
· Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities for expansion;
· Research, track, and maintain up-to-date records of prospects and leads;
· Conduct outbound calls and outreach to identify new business opportunities;
· Qualify leads through effective communication and needs assessment;
· Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure accuracy and relevance;
· Conduct customer and market research to identify trends and opportunities;
· Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials;
· Provide timely and accurate updates to Sales and Management teams;
· Develop a strong understanding of VAKT’s products and services to support effective lead engagement;
· Measure success using KPIs such as number of qualified leads, pipeline growth, and contribution to sales targets.
- Proven ability to conduct focused, strategic research to identify and qualify leads;
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
- Experience in managing and maintaining accurate lead and customer databases.

- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or similar roles;
